SpamInThai ("เรา") ให้บริการเว็บไซต์ spaminthai.com และแอปพลิเคชัน Android สำหรับตรวจสอบและบล็อกเบอร์/ข้อความมิจฉาชีพ นโยบายนี้อธิบายว่าเราเก็บ ใช้ และปกป้องข้อมูลอย่างไร ตามหลักการ เก็บข้อมูลน้อยที่สุด (data minimization) และสอดคล้องกับ พ.ร.บ. คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)
1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บและวัตถุประสงค์

2. ข้อมูลที่เราไม่เก็บ
- ไม่อ่านหรือเก็บเนื้อหา SMS ต้นฉบับ (แอปทำงานผ่านการแจ้งเตือน ไม่ใช่การอ่านกล่องข้อความ)
- ไม่ขอสิทธิ์เข้าถึงรายชื่อผู้ติดต่อ (Contacts)
- ไม่เก็บตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง (location) ทั้งแบบคร่าว ๆ และแบบละเอียด
- ไม่เก็บชื่อ อีเมล หรือรหัสผ่านของผู้ใช้ทั่วไป (ไม่ต้องสมัครสมาชิก)
- ไม่ติดตามพฤติกรรมการท่องเว็บข้ามเว็บไซต์ (no cross-site tracking)
3. การเปิดเผยและการแบ่งปันข้อมูล
เรา ไม่ขายและไม่แบ่งปัน ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลให้บุคคลที่สามเพื่อการตลาด ข้อมูลถูกประมวลผลผ่านผู้ให้บริการโครงสร้างพื้นฐานเท่าที่จำเป็น:
- Cloudflare — โฮสต์เว็บไซต์, ฐานข้อมูล KV, จัดเก็บไฟล์ R2 และ CDN (ข้อมูลอาจถูกประมวลผลบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ทั่วโลก)
- GitHub — โฮสต์ไฟล์ติดตั้งแอป (APK/AAB) สำหรับดาวน์โหลด
- LINE Official Account (@spaminthai) — ช่องทางติดต่อและรับคำขอ (ถ้าผู้ใช้เลือกติดต่อผ่าน LINE)
- Google Play — เมื่อคุณติดตั้งผ่าน Play Store, Google จะประมวลผลข้อมูลตามนโยบายของ Google เอง
4. การเข้ารหัสและความปลอดภัย
การรับส่งข้อมูลทั้งหมดเข้ารหัสผ่าน HTTPS/TLS ค่าแฮช SMS เป็นแบบทางเดียว (SHA-256) ไม่สามารถย้อนกลับเป็นข้อความต้นฉบับได้ ข้อมูลหลักฐานในแบบฟอร์มโต้แย้งจัดเก็บแบบจำกัดสิทธิ์การเข้าถึง

6. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลตาม PDPA
คุณมีสิทธิ์: เข้าถึงข้อมูล, ขอสำเนา/โอนย้ายข้อมูล (portability), แก้ไขให้ถูกต้อง, ขอลบ/ถอนเบอร์, คัดค้านหรือระงับการประมวลผล และถอนความยินยอม เพื่อใช้สิทธิ์ ให้ติดต่อเราตามช่องทางด้านล่าง (หรือใช้ แบบฟอร์มโต้แย้งเบอร์ สำหรับการถอนเบอร์)
7. เด็กและเยาวชน
บริการนี้ไม่ได้มุ่งเป้าไปที่เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี และเราไม่จงใจเก็บข้อมูลจากเด็ก
8. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้เป็นครั้งคราว โดยจะอัปเดตวันที่ "ปรับปรุงล่าสุด" ด้านบน

Privacy Policy
SpamInThai ("we", "us") operates the website spaminthai.com and an Android application that lets people check and block scam phone numbers and spam messages. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it. We follow data minimization and comply with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA, B.E. 2562).

2. What we do not collect
- We never read or store raw SMS content (the app works via notifications, not by reading your inbox).
- No contacts access.
- No location — neither approximate nor precise.
- No user name, email, or password for regular users (no account required).
- No cross-site tracking.
3. Sharing & disclosure
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing. Data is processed only through the infrastructure providers we need:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, KV database, R2 file storage, and CDN (may be processed on servers worldwide).
- GitHub — hosts the app install files (APK/AAB) for download.
- LINE Official Account (@spaminthai) — contact/support channel, if the user chooses to reach us via LINE.
- Google Play — when you install via the Play Store, Google processes data under its own policy.
4. Encryption & security
All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS/TLS. SMS hashes are one-way (SHA-256) and cannot be reversed to the original text. Dispute-form evidence is stored with restricted access.
5. Data retention

6. Your PDPA rights
You have the right to access, obtain a copy/portability, rectify, request deletion / number removal, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us below (or use the number dispute form for removals).
7. Children
This service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly.
